This is a unique vase by the Czech Republic artist Jitka Sladka- Budinska. The work was sponsored by the Fund of Fine Arts per the sticker on the bottom and initially sold for 750 Kc which equates to about $45. Her work is shown in art galleries and museums and this item appears one of her earlier works from the 1980s. As an academic sculptor, the sticker shows it's from DILO which is a Czech art coop. Her work is rarely found in the US so it's an excellent opportunity to add it to your collectionThis piece features a blue-grey background with white and beige patterns plus dark blue speckles.
