Vintage 1972 Chinese Porcelain Famille Juane Yellow Floral Enamel Jingdezhen Make Factory Y, Squat China Teapot and Lid in Excellent condition. The Design Features Arabesque Swirls, Famille Rose, Lotus, a Butterfly and the Double Joy Good Fortune Stylized Chinese Character.

Measures approx 9 inches wide including the handle and spout and 6 1/2 inches diameter around the pot, and 5 inches tall with the lid on.

My parents bought this item on a trip to Hong Kong in 1972 when our family lived in Seoul Korea - see the photo with my father’s handwriting from the box in which this and other dishes from the set were transported when my parents packed the items for a move from Maryland to Florida in 1998. This photo and my memories of using this set in our home when I was a child are the provenance I have. The original purchase receipt was not in the box.

This item will be double boxed for safety in transit.
